Digitalis Silicone Spacer
The Digitalis Silicone Spacer features a pre-flexed dual hinge design allowing for improved motion and longevity. The spacer is available in 5 sizes for the metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joints and 4 sizes for the proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joints.

The BRM Digitalis System takes a joint-first approach to sizing. A dedicated sizing instrument allows the surgeon to assess the hinge before selecting the implant—helping account for joint tension, alignment, and surface coverage.
The result is a system designed to support improved alignment, stability, and range of motion.
Both MCP and PIP Designs
Both MCP and PIP spacers are available to accommodate a range of joint anatomies. The MCP spacer features 30° of built-in flexion, while the PIP spacer features 15° of built-in flexion. With nine total sizes available, the system provides broad coverage across varying joint sizes.
